Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen Resort

The rooms are fantastic with 2 queen beds and the overall experience is excellent. Would return there when in Playa del Carmen, we didn't want to leave.

We have spent our 3 nights here lovely, it was perfect for what we needed.

We loved this hip new hotel, nothing to complain about. The grand queen room was nicely furnished and had satellite television, climate control and a personal safe. The staff where best, incredible, would definitely come back.

We loved our 4-nights stay. Comfortable beds, climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV in the room. The vibe here was perfect. The pool was lovely.

Fairly clean hotel with an amazing design and absolutely superb views, it has a beautiful location not far from all the restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of great food.

The rooms were impressive and big here with 2 queen beds, storage space, views of the pools. The food was outstanding, with plenty of options. Stunning and magnificent location near Pier Navega.

The hotel is top-notch, breakfast is IDEAL. It has a gorgeous location right at the beach & near the centre.

Clean place, best value. Silent rooms, breads, cheese and meats in the morning, affordable food. We were in a hurry and didn't try the pool, but it was covered.

Liked staff and food, very comfy beds, the hotel itself was tidy. The beach was amazing and near the property. It took us 5 minutes to drive to this family-friendly accommodation from the airport. The pool was brilliant and the views were glorious.

Breakfast is more than adequate, staff flawless, location fab! Location short walk to - all the restaurants and Playa. Accommodating, top-notch rooms.

It was excellent 11 days, would love to come back here some time. The resort was very clean and very spacious. The king room we were given had satellite TV and climate control. Moreover, free WiFi was handy;)))

We think it's a good choice for staying in Playa del Carmen. Having a shower, a hairdryer and slippers was a bonus. The FANTASTIC restaurant is a nice plus. We ca n't wait to come back, this hotel met needs.

A wonderful stay in Playa del Carmen. We ate at La Vagabunda, which is only 400 ft away, it suited our needs. There was free Wi Fi available. We enjoyed the view from the room
